The Benchmark Series / Annabelle built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom doublewide modular home with 2,338 square feet on a 44-foot frame. A family room and dining area sit across the back of the main level beside a kitchen with a center counter and a utility room, with the owner's bedroom and bath at the lower left and a foyer and half bath near the front entry. The proposed upper level adds bedrooms and a bath under shed dormers. A proposed garage location, an optional owner's bath and a group space layout are drawn around the plan.
