Homestead Series / Anson

The Homestead Series / Anson built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,786 square feet on a 33-foot frame. The main level holds the family room, dining area and kitchen, with a bedroom or office near the front and a utility area at the back. Upstairs, the owner’s bedroom and bath sit at the lower left, more bedrooms and a sitting area or extra bedroom fill the rest of the level, and the stairs rise near the center. An optional utility room is drawn above the plan.
