Modern Living Series / Aries Two Story

The Modern Living Series / Aries Two Story built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom doublewide modular home with 2,148 square feet on a 40-foot frame. A dining area, a kitchen with a long center counter and a family room open to the level above fill the main level, with the owner’s bedroom, its bath and a utility area along the side. Upstairs, a pair of bedrooms share a hall bath, with a study and a sitting area beside the opening to the room below. An optional owner’s bath with a larger shower is drawn beside the plan.
