American Dream Collection / Brewerton

The American Dream Collection / Brewerton built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom multi-section modular home with 3,424 square feet on a 54-foot frame. At the top center sit the owner’s bedroom and bath, with a family room at the top right and a dining area and kitchen filling the middle. Bedrooms sit at the lower left and lower right, and a porch spans the front. Optional layouts are shown at the left, and an additional drawing shows an open center between a room at each end.
