American Dream Collection / Drummer Boy II

The American Dream Collection / Drummer Boy II built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom doublewide modular home with 2,720 square feet on a 50-foot frame. A long dining table sits at the center of the plan, with the family room at the left, the kitchen at the top and a smaller room at the lower left. A porch fills the bottom, and an optional kitchen layout is drawn at the lower right. A drawing of the upper level shows the owner’s bedroom at the lower left with a pair of bedrooms at the right.
