American Dream Collection / Jenny's Cottage

The American Dream Collection / Jenny’s Cottage built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom doublewide modular home with 1,459 square feet on a 54-foot frame. A narrow wing at the left holds the owner’s bedroom and bath at the top and a pair of bedrooms with a hall bath below, while the kitchen with a center counter, the dining area and the family room open out to the right. A utility entry sits at the right edge, and an optional layout is drawn at the far left.
