American Dream Collection / Joshua Tree II

The American Dream Collection / Joshua Tree II built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom doublewide modular home with 2,000 square feet on a 36-foot frame. Looking over the plan, a kitchen with a long center counter and a dining area fill the top, with the family room below, a study at the lower right and a stair in the center. A proposed site-built garage location sits at the right and a porch at the lower left. A drawing of the upper level places the owner’s bedroom and bath at the top with a pair of bedrooms and a hall bath around the stair.
