American Dream Collection / Jupiter Bay Two-Story

The American Dream Collection / Jupiter Bay Two-Story built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom doublewide modular home with 2,340 square feet on a 51-foot frame. Along the left sit the owner’s bedroom and bath, with the dining area and kitchen across the top, the family room below and a utility room at the top right. A porch sits at the lower left and a proposed garage location at the right. A drawing of the upper level places three bedrooms and a hall bath around a central hall, with an open sitting area at the top right.
