American Dream Collection / Monticello

The American Dream Collection / Monticello built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom multi-section manufactured modular home with 4,094 square feet on a 54-foot frame. A great room juts out at the top center, with the kitchen and its center counter at the top right and a dining table below it at the lower middle. The owner’s bedroom and bath sit at the upper left with a sitting area beside them, a bedroom fills the lower left and the stairs sit near the middle. Optional layouts are drawn at the right, and a drawing of the upper level shows bedrooms around a central hall.
