American Dream Collection / Old Towne

The American Dream Collection / Old Towne built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom doublewide modular home with 2,470 square feet on a 58-foot frame. Viewed from above, a kitchen with a long center counter and a family room fill the top of the plan, with a dining room at the lower left, a foyer and porch at the bottom and the owner’s bedroom and bath at the lower right. A utility area sits at the top right and a laundry closet at the far left. A drawing of the upper level shows a stair, a bath and open floor with dormers at each end.
