American Dream Collection / Sheffield III

The American Dream Collection / Sheffield III built by Ritz-Craft Custom Homes is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom multi-section modular home with 2,026 square feet on a 60-foot frame. On the drawing, the owner’s bedroom and bath sit at the upper left with a hearth beside them, and a proposed garage location fills the lower left. The family room, kitchen and a dining table share the open center and top right, with bedrooms and baths stacked down the right side. Optional layouts are drawn in boxes at the far right.
